*Nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains of NH, Dragonfly Yoga Barn is a studio and retreat center for healing and transformation. You’ll be just far enough away to “retreat” from the busy life and find yourself off the beaten path at this haven in the woods amongst other women on the path.

I believe one of the most important things right now
is to fully BE in your body.
